Human Terrain

Mabry Hoffman, an athropologist with The Human Terrain System, a real military initiative that embeds social scientists with combat units in Iraq and Afghanistan, is caught in the middle of an ethical dilemma as she tries to help a new friend.

Human Terrain was a finalist in the Yale Drama Competition, a semi-finalist for the Princess Grace Award in Playwriting, a finalist for the O'Neill National Playwrights' Conference, and was selected for Playwrights' Week at The Lark.
